Impromptu dinner

An impromptu dinner to end a hot week was in need tonight. It was lovely to sit outside at Switch at Fountain Gate Shopping Centre, enjoying the air that was cooling down. My dinner was Garlic prawn, calamari and salmon fettuccine with spinach and olive oil topped with a mediterranean tomato salsa and balsamic reduction.

Dessert was a passionfruit cheesecake. A little too much cheesecake and more passionfruit would have made this even tastier.
